Betty Ann Diehl Fund for Music and Arts Education—2003
Established by this Sandpoint resident to support music and arts education for students served by the Lake Pend Oreille School District, the Panhandle Alliance for Education advises on the beneficiaries of the Fund.

Bluebird Fund—2016
This Fund was created by Jennifer Wilson and her daughter Justine Beriker of Hailey to support charities and focus on causes that have direct implications for girls and women.

Bonner County Endowment Fund for Human Rights—2012
This Fund was created to provide funding to 501(c)3 community organizations, schools and local governments in Bonner County who wish to present or implement programs dealing with human rights issues, human rights training and celebration of diversity, and to support programs in Bonner County Schools that promote respect for the dignity and self worth of all individuals.

Bonner County Fund for Arts Enhancement—2013
This Fund was created to enhance the arts in Bonner County by providing funds either to develop a community education component of existing arts programs or to help fund arts projects accessible to the general public. Those projects that focus on human dignity or contribute to community projects that celebrate diversity are encouraged.

The fund will be advised by this Emmett donor during her lifetime. Subsequently, it will become a field-of-interest fund for projects in Gem County.

Established through a charitable remainder trust to continue Dr. and Mrs. Rawlinson’s lifelong commitment to the Emmett area, grants are made in support of charitable organizations and activities that benefit Gem County.

Faciszewski Family Fund—2018This Fund was created by Jill and Tom Faciszewski of Eagle, Idaho, to support local charities and causes that are meaningful to their family.

F.M., Anne G., and Beverly B. Bistline Foundation—2011
F.M., Anne G., and Beverly B. Bistline Foundation was established to further the arts in Southeastern Idaho. Grants are made to local groups, institutions and organizations to assist them in providing programs, classes, performances, concerts, exhibits, seminars and other activities which are intended to either provide or facilitate entertainment or art related education for the members of the community in general. Grants may also be made to organizations to help support the education, skills training, performance or display opportunities for local artists.

Fortissimo Fund—2003
Created and advised by Paula Brown Sinclair of Twin Falls, grants are made to promote the live performance of classical music in the Twin Falls area.

Fund for a Better Life for North Idaho Kids—1999
Created by James and Marlene Wogsland, grants are made upon the advice of the donors to support programs and organizations in Benewah, Bonner, Boundary, Kootenai, and Shoshone counties which serve young children and their families and focus on the prevention of juvenile delinquency.

Geography Knowledge Fund—1992
Linda Grable-Curtis established this fund to further the study of geography by Idaho students in the kindergarten, elementary and junior high grades. She and her husband advise on the beneficiaries.

Created by a bequest from this long-time Boise resident, distributions from the fund are made primarily to organizations that provide for the health, education, and welfare of children, including college students.

This Fund was created by James B. and Geraldine M. Lewis of Sandpoint to support a variety of charitable organizations and causes.

Grangeville Community Foundation Legacy Fund—2012
The Grangeville Community Foundation Legacy Fund was established to receive and manage unrestricted contributes, which will be used to forever support worthy charitable causes and organizations in Grangeville, Idaho.

Greater Tetonia Community Fund—2017
The Greater Tetonia Community Fund is created to forever support worthy charitable causes and organizations in the greater Tetonia area.

Guy H. Shearer Memorial Fund—1995
The late Mary Jane and Jim Kinney established this fund to ensure recognition of her father’s contribution to development of Twin Falls County as founder of Filer State Bank in 1908. Their children, Mary Abercrombie and John Kinney, advise on annual beneficiaries during their lifetimes.

H.R. and Betty Weston Fund—1995
Created to support a wide variety of organizations in the Treasure Valley area, Ms. Weston retains the privilege of advising on the annual beneficiaries during her lifetime.

Hansberger Family Fund—2009
Created by the wife and daughters of Boise Cascade founder Bob Hansberger to support projects which will perpetuate his belief that a vibrant community is necessary for the growth of successful businesses.

This fund supports charitable activities throughout Idaho that meet current and emerging needs.  Upon the death of the advisors, this fund will be placed in the unrestricted endowment of the Foundation.

The Hay family wants to follow in the footsteps of those whose generosity has made our Treasure Valley community a great place to live and raise a family.

Helpenstell Family Advised Fund— 2004
Established by this Nampa couple to ensure that their lifelong commitment to philanthropy will continue far into the future. Upon the death of the advisors, distributions from this fund will provide annual operating support to three local charities.

Henry-Lassahn Fund— 2008
Created by an Idaho Falls couple to facilitate their philanthropic giving during their lifetimes. Subsequently, it will become a field of interest fund to help disadvantaged, low-income youth in the Eastern Region.

Homedale Neighborhood Scholarship Fund - 2006
Recommendations as made by the Board of Directors for Homedale Neighborhood, Inc. shall be sufficient documentation for eligibility of scholarship recipients and will be made available to each qualifying student for up to four years of scholarships.  All other scholarship eligibility and documentation shall be made at the discretion of ICF.

Hormaechea Family Fund—1992
Advice on distribution from this fund, established by Richard M. and Mary B. Hormaechea, is given by the donors. Upon their deaths, funds will be transferred to the Foundation’s unrestricted endowment.

Idaho Bicentennial Charitable Trust Fund—2013
The Idaho Bicentennial Trust was established to support the 200th anniversary of Idaho's statehood. Assets will be invested until 2087 or later, at which time the Fund will be terminated.

Ifft Foundation Fund—2001
Created through the transfer of the assets of this private foundation which was established in 1984 by Sara and Nick Ifft, distributions benefit projects in Southeastern Idaho and the Greater Pocatello area.

Jack and Mary Pat Winderl Fund for At-Risk Teenagers—2006
The Jack and Mary Pat Winderl Fund for At-Risk Teenagers was created by this couple to help teenagers get help with substance abuse, mental health issues, alternative education programs and after school support assistance.

Jack Thomas Hill Fund— 2008
The fund was established by the parents of a child with Autism.  The purpose of the Jack Thomas Hill Fund is to primarily provide financial support to further the education and vocational training of individuals with Autism, and secondarily to provide financial support for the education and training of persons or organizations providing education and training to individuals with Autism.

James A. Pinney Memorial Fund— 1996
Established by the Erstad family to ensure recognition of Ann Erstad’s great grandfather’s contributions to the early development of Boise through his 1881 election as the city’s ninth mayor and to his development of cultural programs in the region through construction and operation of the Columbia and Pinney Theaters; grants are made to theater arts groups in ICF’s Southwestern Region.

James David Carpenter Memorial Fund—2009
A fund established by James E. and Nora J. Carpenter in honor of the legacy of James David Carpenter, a cherished uncle and great Idahoan. This fund benefits those in need, especially Idaho's youth.

Jean E. Rolles Advised Fund—2005
This endowed fund was created in honor of Mrs. Jean E. Rolles, who lives in Honolulu, by her daughter, Kiki Tidwell, and is advised by Mrs. Rolles, Ms. Tidwell, and granddaughter Miss Madison Tidwell.

Joe and Patty Marshall Family Fund—2003
Created by this Boise couple to provide a permanent contribution to the quality of life in Idaho, the fund will be advised by the donors’ family during their lifetime. Subsequently, it will become a greatest need fund, providing the Foundation with maximum flexibility in meeting needs throughout Idaho.

John B. and Delores L. Fery Fund—1989

Lassahn - Worrell Fund for Community Support Services—2015
This Fund was created by Price L. Worrell and his mother, Pamela Henry Lassahn of East Idaho to support nonprofit community driven local charities and causes giving a hand up to those in need in East Idaho (Bannock, Bear Lake, Bingham, Bonneville, Butte, Caribou, Clark, Custer, Franklin, Fremont, Jefferson, Lemhi, Madison, Oneida, Power and Teton counties). It will do this by funding social service, education or advocacy programs or projects.

Laura M. Bettis Advised Fund—2016
This fund was established to benefit the donor's interests, especially in Valley County, Idaho. The main focus will be educational resources and programming in rural Idaho.

Perc H. Shelton and Gladys A. Pospisil Shelton Foundation Advised Fund—2004
This fund, which was established through the transfer of assets of this private foundation, was created by a bequest from these long-time McCall residents. Distributions are made primarily to charitable organizations and projects that benefit the Valley County area. Trustees of the Shelton Foundation act as advisors.

The alliance and the fund were created to expand the number of women involved in directed and informed philanthropy in North Idaho and the surrounding area, and to demonstrate the significance a group of investors can have in bringing positive change to our communities.  $250 of each member's annual dues is allocated to this permanent endowment fund from which the annual distribution will provide additional support for the collective grant recommended by the membership each year.
