Partnerships

The Idaho Community Foundation is proud to partner with other organizations to strengthen the work of nonprofits, convene community leaders and celebrate philanthropy.

Community Conversations
We hosted eight Community Conversations throughout the state in 2018 to learn about needs in Idaho communities, the challenges facing them and the existing resources and promising new solutions that are helping improve the quality of life.

Select sessions were held in partnership with the Idaho Nonprofit Center and Serve Idaho.

Watch the 2-minute video below to see what we learned from these eight communities.

Idaho Philanthropy Days
We are proud to celebrate philanthropy throughout Idaho every year in partnership with the Idaho Nonprofit Center, Idaho Women’s Charitable Foundation and the Association for Fundraising Professionals Idaho Chapter.

Celebrations are hosted each year in southwest Idaho, north Idaho and east Idaho and include awards for Outstanding Philanthropic Company/Foundation, Outstanding Nonprofit, Outstanding Adult Philanthropist and Outstanding Youth Philanthropist.

Nonprofit Leadership Summit
A partnership with the Idaho Nonprofit Center to offer a series of interactive educational experiences for executive directors, CEOs and board members.

The program is designed to help Idaho nonprofits deliver effective programs and sustain their operations through training in leadership development, board development, strategic planning, fundraising and more.

The Nonprofit Leadership Summit is supported by the MJ Murdock Charitable Trust, Kissler Family Foundation and Heart of Gold Fund.

Nonprofits must apply to participate and must commit to attend all sessions with an Executive Director/CEO and a board member.
