Conference 2026: Rooted in Purpose

Conference 2026: Rooted in Purpose

Nonprofit work is driven by purpose, but it is sustained by people. That is why this year’s Idaho Nonprofit Conference emphasizes the development of those who make impact possible. Keynote speaker Cait Donovan, a leading voice on burnout, will challenge attendees to rethink how organizations support their teams and build sustainable impact from within.

Because the truth is simple: you cannot support a nonprofit without supporting its staff.

Throughout the conference, nonprofit professionals will strengthen the skills, relationships, and resilience needed to carry their work forward. Because the truth is simple: you cannot support a nonprofit without supporting its staff. When people are supported, organizations grow stronger, and communities thrive.

We invite you to join us for an informal reception following day one of conference to celebrate Idaho’s philanthropic community. Hosted by regional partner M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust, this gathering offers a chance to connect with fellow donors, board members, and nonprofit champions from across the state. Bring a guest and enjoy an evening of conversation, connection, and shared purpose.
