People are the programs

Strong organizations depend on strong teams. Since 2010, the Idaho Nonprofit Compensation and Benefits Report has provided nonprofit leaders with reliable benchmark data on wages and benefits to support hiring, retention, and budgeting decisions.

The Big Picture

Behind every stocked food pantry is a team making sure food is safe, shelves are full, and volunteers are prepared. Behind every family navigating crisis is a trained professional who understands trauma and the systems that can help. Behind every child thriving in an after‑school program is an educator who shows up every single day.

For Idaho communities to remain strong, resilient, and connected (especially in times of uncertainty) a healthy nonprofit sector needs a stable, supported workforce.
