President & CEO
Steve Burns is the President and CEO of the Idaho Community Foundation (ICF), where he is dedicated to building a stronger, more connected Idaho through philanthropy. Since joining ICF in 2022, Steve has been instrumental in expanding the foundation's reach and impact. Under his leadership, ICF strengthened its role in elevating nonprofit impact, and in 2024, he led the merger of the Idaho Nonprofit Center into The Idaho Community Foundation. Prior to ICF, Steve served as the director of Zoo Boise for 16 years.
Vice President, Finance & Operations
Judy joined the Idaho Community Foundation in 2016. She is responsible for the foundation's operations including financial, information technology and human resources. Before joining ICF, Judy was the controller for a large statewide nonprofit and prior to that was an auditor with a national public accounting firm. She has a bachelor's degree and master's degree in accountancy from Boise State University.
Vice President, Impact & Nonprofit Center
Kevin joined the Idaho Nonprofit Center in July of 2021 after previously serving as CEO of the United Way of Southeastern Idaho. He brings experience in both the education and social impact sector internationally and domestically, having worked in both Uganda and Chile.
Vice President, Advancement
Zoe joined the Idaho Community Foundation in 2025. As Vice President of Advancement, she leads fundraising and development efforts and manages the team of philanthropic advisors statewide. Prior to ICF, Zoe worked in major and planned giving for St. Luke's Health Foundation.
Director of Impact
Kent joined The Idaho Community Foundation in 2025. He works across grantmaking, scholarships, and education programs for nonprofits. Prior to ICF, he launched and ran a global grantmaking and training program reaching over 300 organizations in more than 80 countries.
Nonprofit Programs Associate
Betsy Ellsworth joined The Nonprofit Center team in 2022. As the Nonprofit Programs Associate, she supports nonprofit organizations across the state through education, training, and capacity-building opportunities. Prior to The Idaho Community Foundation, she worked in fundraising at the Girl Scouts of Silver Sage and as a stage manager for several developing plays in Wyoming and New York.
A Boise native, Betsy is happy to be back in her hometown and is passionate about supporting the organizations that make her state a stronger place to live and work.
Philanthropic Advisor, East Idaho
Rich joined ICF in 2021. As Philanthropic Advisor for east Idaho, he works with individuals, families, companies and organizations to accomplish their philanthropic goals. He has a background in both development and journalism.
Philanthropic Advisor, South Central Idaho
Clark joined ICF in 2023. He helps Idahoans make their communities better through philanthropy by helping them create charitable giving funds. He has a bachelor's degree from Purdue University and an MBA from Eastern Illinois University.
Staff Accountant
Dani joined ICF in 2023. She works closely with the accounting team to complete financial activities and daily operational tasks, including processing grants. She has a master's degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.

Director of Marketing & Communications
A lifelong Idahoan, Autumn joined ICF in May 2024, bringing a deep passion for Idaho, nonprofit work, and marketing expertise. She has more than a decade of experience as a multimedia marketing consultant with the Idaho Business Review.
IT Director
Zach joined ICF in 2011. He provides internal technical support to all staff and works with ICF constituents on online accounts and applications.
