Local Decision-Making

We believe local knowledge and experience are the cornerstone of effective philanthropy. That's why grant recommendations come from our Regional Councils, groups of local leaders, nonprofit representatives, and community members who share our mission to enrich life throughout Idaho.

Regional Councils:

  • Serve as ambassadors for ICF
  • Share insights on local needs and effective programs
  • Recommend grants from Forever Idaho and other regional programs
