Every August, nonprofit leaders from across Idaho gather in Boise for two days of connection, learning, and inspiration. The event features powerful keynotes, expert panels, and interactive workshops designed to strengthen your team and your mission. Attendees also enjoy guided networking, a happy hour celebration, exhibitor booths, full lunches, and a few fun surprises along the way.

Regional Impact Summits

Every March, ICF hits the road to bring nonprofit leaders the training they ask for most: leadership development and fundraising. Over two days in each region, participants gather to learn, connect, and build critical skills through in‑depth workshops and conversations that spark collaboration across Idaho's nonprofit community.

Every May, this cohort program kicks off with a three‑night cozy retreat surrounded by nature (exact location varies). It is designed for Executive Directors and CEOs to learn crucial leadership concepts unique to running a nonprofit organization. Participants also receive ongoing, one‑on‑one coaching for the remainder of the year.

Intensive Leadership Q2–Q4

Ascending Leaders

Every July, we launch this immersive leadership cohort in‑person (exact location varies) for rising nonprofit managers from diverse Idaho organizations. Designed for leaders with under five years of experience, the program is packed with collaborative learning, peer connection, and opportunities to strengthen your leadership toolkit.
