Biggest needs of the sector

People and Resource capacity domains are the weakest among Idaho nonprofits.

People: Both meaningful staff development and leadership succession planning are a serious need among all budget sizes.

Resource: Only 25% of all nonprofits report having exceptional or considerable financial resources to meet the full commitments of their mission. Put another way, demand on nonprofit services in Idaho is far outpacing the ability to fund and run those services.
